IIMK Campus Security Manager Recruitment 2026

Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK), Kerala, has invited applications for the post of Campus Security Manager under Advt No. C-80/2026-IIMK.HR. Applications are accepted online until 20 October 2026.

• Qualification: Graduation in any discipline (including graduate degree awarded for defence personnel - JCO's & equivalent need apply)
• Experience: At least 15 years' experience in Defence/Para Military forces / Police / PSU/ Industrial Organization/ Educational Institution of which at least three years as a Security Officer / Supervisory Level in a large organization where 50 or more personnel were deployed.
• Age limit: 35 to 55 years (as on last date for receiving application)

Other conditions:

• Should be able to write reports in English and have good communication skills in English, Hindi & Malayalam.
• Should have basic knowledge in operating computer.
• Should be able to monitor CCTV feeds.
• Expected to go beyond the call of duty and extend work hours in cases of emergency.
• Should be able to work in different shifts as and when required.

Desirable:

• Candidate holding a Diploma in Fire Safety and Security Management.
• Retired personnel who have served in CISF as an officer or JCO and equivalent ranks.
• Ex-service personnel of Military/ Para Military Forces / Police department / PSU/ Industrial Organization having served in a Group A or Group B Posts.
• Knowledge and practical handling of firefighting equipment's and emergency response.
• Expertise in risk management, incident response, and regulatory compliance.
• Technical proficiency in modern security systems and tools.

• Purely on contract basis for an initial period of one year.
• Further extensions will be subject to job requirements and performance.
