Office of the Controller (CD)/District Magistrate (C/N), District Office Civil Defence (Central North), Govt. of N.C.T. of Delhi (Civil Defence Delhi) has invited applications for 59 posts of Civil Defence Volunteer under Advt No. No. CD/CN/CALL OUT DUTY (WINTER ACTION)/2026-2027/958-966. Applications are to be sent offline and must reach the organisation by 30 October 2026.

The post is for Central North District, Delhi. • Qualification: Enrolled from Central North District as per new Jurisdiction and from erstwhile District Shahdara; Completed Basic Training/Foundation Course on Civil Defence in Delhi; Enlisted as Active CDVs on Mega Mustering held on 11.05.2025 & 17.05.2026 or submitted application for enlisted as Active CDVs as per circular dated 22.09.2026; Previously performed Call Out Duty in Central North District during the period from 01.01.2026 to 30.09.2026

Volunteers deployed under this call out duty will perform specific operational assignments:

• Disaster Management, Hostile Attack and Winter Action Plan 2026.

Duty Allowance and Conveyance Allowance are paid as per rules; no amount is printed.

• Call Out of CDVs would be upto 31.03.2027 or as decided by competent authority, whichever is earlier.

• Submission of application with documents
• Interview before the selection committee

• Passport Size Photo
• C Form
• Basic Training Certificate, Advance training Certificate, if any
• Complete Valid Renewal order, if any, or receiving of the application for renewal submitted at Civil Defence District Office and application for enlisted as Active CDVs as per circular dated 22.09.2026 if applicable
• Aadhaar Card
• PAN Card
• Bank Account Cancelled Cheque or copy of passbook
• Highest Education Qualification

1. Submit application form along with self-attested copies of relevant documents at District Civil Defence Office, Office Complex of District Magistrate, Central North, Old Middle School Building Lawrence Road Rampura Delhi-110035.
2. Submit application between 1100hrs to 1700hrs from 29.10.2026 to 30.10.2026 on working days.
3. Report for interview before selection committee on 03.11.2026 at 10:00 AM in the Chamber of ADM (Central-North), Office Complex of District Magistrate Central North.

• CDVs are required to produce all relevant documents which may be required before or during the course of duty.
