Experience

Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field. The cut-off date for experience is 01.10.2026.

The upper age limit is 40 years as of 01.10.2026.

Age Relaxation

The selection process may include application screening, criteria-based screening, a written test, group discussion, skill test/proficiency test, an interview, or any combination of these methods as determined by CMD.

1. Visit the official Centre for Management Development (CMD) website at www.cmd.kerala.gov.in.
2. Go through the detailed notification carefully to ensure eligibility.
3. Fill up all relevant fields of the online application form completely and accurately.
4. Scan and upload the latest photograph in *.JPG format (size less than 200 kB).
5. Scan and upload a full signature on a white paper in *.JPG format (size less than 50 kB; initials and CAPITAL LETTERS not permitted).
6. Submit the online application before the last date.
7. Keep a printout or digital copy of the submitted application for future reference.

• Original or provisional educational qualification certificates (mark sheets, consolidated mark sheets, or statements are not accepted)
• Equivalency certificate (if applicable for qualifications or foreign degrees)
• Caste/category certificate for age relaxation (from a competent authority)
• Work experience certificates with specific information like date of joining, relieving, duties, responsibilities, signature, and seal of authorised person (Affidavit applicable only for latest experience)

• Incomplete or incorrect application forms will be summarily rejected.
• Candidates must upload original or provisional certificates instead of mark sheets or consolidated grade cards.
• Appointment letters, salary certificates, and payslips will not be accepted in lieu of work experience certificates; an affidavit is accepted only for the latest experience.
• Only shortlisted candidates will receive intimations via email, SMS, or phone call regarding the selection process.
• Applicants should maintain a valid personal email ID and mobile number active throughout the recruitment process.
• Applications with blurred or illegible photographs, signatures, or ambiguous experience certificates will be rejected.
