• Consultants may be required to travel across the mentioned state and other parts of the country from time to time.
• No accommodation will be provided for the selected candidates.
• Selected candidates shall not take up any part time / full time employment or assignments elsewhere during the contract period.

Desirable:

• Knowledge and experience of Dot.NET for Project Consultant (IT)

The consultants shall perform project management activities pertaining to the implementation of the Mission for Atmanirbharta in Pulses across several domains:

• Policy & Strategy Support: Review current pan-India situation, identify gaps, support strategy document preparation, assist in convergence across schemes, identify best practices, and suggest mid-course corrections.
• Stakeholder Management & Coordination: Coordinate and report to high-level stakeholders including PMO, NITI Aayog, and line Ministries; assist States/UTs in scheme guidelines; support handholding and capacity building.
• Program Implementation & Monitoring: Facilitate periodic monitoring against performance indicators, track ground-level issues, and assist in preparing review reports.
• Knowledge Management & Capacity Building: Document lessons learned, success stories, and innovative practices; disseminate guidelines and FAQs; facilitate cross-learning between States/UTs.
• Other Tasks: Assist DA&FW with media documentation, transportation logistics using GPS-enabled systems, accommodation booking, e-tendering support, digital branding, social media engagement, live streaming, designing digital platforms and dashboards, promoting AI/ML tools, ensuring cybersecurity, submitting monthly progress reports, and any other assigned task.

Project Consultant (IT) (1 post)

Qualification required: BE/B.Tech Degree in CS/IT/Electronics or Equivalent; MBA/PGDM. Experience required: 3 - 6 Years in the portal development etc.

Project Consultant (Agri-Business Management) (1 post)

Qualification required: MBA/PGDM in Agri-Business Management. Experience required: 3 - 6 years in Agriculture Sector or related field.

Candidate will be paid consolidated professional fees based on experience, educational qualification and overall suitability.

• Hired on contract basis initially for a period of 6 months, extendable based on project requirement and performance or co-terminus with the project period.
• NABCONS may terminate the engagement by giving three months notice in advance.

• Interview (may be held in person or through virtual mode)
• Assessment for proficiency in MS Office/data management
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
• Candidates may be assessed for their proficiency in MS Office/ data management.
