NHM Keralam DEO, Lab Technician and More Recruitment 2026

National Health Mission, Keralam has 49 contract vacancies open until 5 pm on 7 November 2026. The largest groups are Data Entry Operator with 7 posts and Lab Technician with 4, alongside finance, medical, IT, communication and public health roles. The upper age limit is 40 years for every post, and consolidated pay runs from Rs. 16,250 to Rs. 78,000 a month.

This recruitment comes from National Health Mission, Keralam, through its State Programme Monitoring & Support Unit at NHM Building, General Hospital Junction, Thiruvananthapuram. The State Health & Family Welfare Society (Arogyakeralam) handles the contracts and interviews, and the notice is issued by the State Mission Director (NHM).

The notice says the requirement can increase or decrease with the needs of the programme, and that the State Mission Director can decide on this.

Age limit: maximum 40 years as on 23 October 2026 for all posts.

Only qualifications and experience held as on the date of advertisement are considered. Every applicant needs excellent writing skills in English and Malayalam, proficiency in computers and thorough knowledge of MS Office/Open Office.

Selection is based on qualification, experience and performance in the interview. Incomplete applications are not considered for short listing.

• The posts are for immediate requirement, and the Society may prioritize interviews for different categories of posts based on its needs.
• On the recommendation of a selection committee, the Society may also ask candidates to demonstrate skills in the area or specialization concerned.
• Originals of documents may be required at the interview.
• Providing a reference, especially the names of superior officers from previous organisations, is described as ideal.

• Appointment is on contract, initially for three months. The Society may extend it at its discretion, based on performance and integrity.
• The successful candidate signs a contract with the Society in the format of Annexure-I, uploaded on the website.
• Posts are temporary during the period of operation of the Mission, with no claim for permanency of job or labour claims against NHM, DHS or the Government.
• Candidates must be willing to relocate anywhere in the State and to work in any District of Kerala decided by the Society.
• All selected candidates are governed by the NHM rules and regulations in force from time to time.
• Opportunities for advanced training will be available.
