NHM Thiruvananthapuram Public Relations Officer Recruitment 2026

The District Health and Family Welfare Society Arogyakeralam, Thiruvananthapuram (National Health Mission) is filling 2 Public Relations Officer posts on contract in Thiruvananthapuram District at a consolidated Rs. 24,000/-. Applicants need MSW/MBA/MHA and two years' post-qualification experience. The online Google form on nhmtvm.com or arogyakeralam.gov.in must be submitted by 5.00 pm on 9 November 2026, and the printed documents must reach the DPM Office by 5.00 pm on 10 November 2026.

The notice is issued from the Office of the District Programme Manager, District Health and Family Welfare Society Arogyakeralam, W&C Compound, Thycaud, Trivandrum-14. National Health Mission Thiruvananthapuram District is inviting the applications for the post in Thiruvananthapuram District on contract basis.

The age limit is not to exceed 40 years as on 01.11.2026. The notice prints no age relaxation.

Applicants who already submitted applications under the earlier notification (NHM/TVM/368/2026-D9 dated 17.08.2026) will be considered under this notification and need not apply again.

Claims about qualifications and experience must be supported by copies of the relevant documents, and originals may be asked for at the interview or certificate verification. Copies of appointment letters, salary certificates and pay slips are not accepted in place of a work experience certificate. The remuneration is Rs.24,000/- (consolidated). The selected candidate has to enter into a contract with the District Health and Family Welfare Society (Arogyakeralam) Thiruvananthapuram District and is governed by the NHM rules and regulations in force from time to time. The post is temporary during the period of operation of the Mission, with no claim to permanency of job or labour claims against the NHM, DHS or the Government.

1. Submit the online application through the Google form link on the nhmtvm.com or arogyakeralam.gov.in website on or before 09.11.2026, Monday, 5.00 pm. Only such applications will be considered.
2. Remit the application fee of Rs. 350/- as a demand draft in favour of "DHFWS-OTHERS TRIVANDRUM", payable at Thiruvananthapuram.
3. Take a print out of the duly filled application form (the online submitted Google form) and sign it.
4. Send or hand over the signed print out and the original DD of Rs.350/- to: The District Programme Manager, Arogyakeralam (NHM), DPM Office, W&C Hospital Compound Thycaud Thiruvananthapuram -14, by person or post.
5. Make sure the documents reach by 10.11.2026, Tuesday, 5.00 pm.
6. Write "Application for the post of ..........................." on the envelope, mentioning the post applied for.

Selection will be based on qualification, experience and performance in the Written Test/ Interviews. The Society may prioritize the interview for different categories of posts on the basis of requirements, as the vacancies are for immediate requirement. No TA/DA will be paid for the interview. The notice gives no interview date. All communications from the Society will be sent to candidates by email.
