CMFC Manager

• Coordinate with CMFC support organisations and vendors for value addition, packing, packaging, branding and labelling.
• Arrange market linkages for the products of CMFC Self Help Groups, matched to their production volume.
• Coordinate with the various Technical Support Agencies (TSA), Project Management Units (PMU), DSMS and SSMS to help improve marketing facilities for SHG products.
• Coordinate customer preferences and marketing strategies by taking part in CMFC exhibitions, marketing strategies and other marketing promotion activities.
• Introduce SHG products on GeM, e-commerce and social media, and train SHGs on those marketing platforms.
• Guide the marketing of SHG products through vehicles and exhibitions.

CMFC Accountant

• Have good knowledge of CMFC social media, video, photography and promotional tools for SHG products.
• Maintain all records, the bank account cash book and other books with the help of the CMFC computer.

• The appointment is purely temporary, as contract staff through outsourcing. Candidates cannot claim any right to permanent employment.
