The selected Postdoctoral Research Associate will be responsible for the following duties and tasks:

• Develop portable electrochemical devices for point-of-care diagnosis, with additional focus on the synthesis and characterization of nanohybrid materials for electrochemical sensing and energy storage applications
• Designing and synthesizing nanohybrid electrode modifiers
• Performing advanced materials characterization
• Analyzing experimental data
• Preparing research manuscripts
• Contributing to grant proposals
• Supporting laboratory management, including supervision and training of students
• Maintenance of research equipment
• Participate in collaborative research through international visits to universities and industries
