NAM Thiruvananthapuram Yoga Instructor Recruitment 2026

National AYUSH Mission, Thiruvananthapuram, is recruiting Yoga Instructors for the AYUSH Health and Wellness Centres it runs in Thiruvananthapuram district. The pay is Rs. 14,000/- and the upper age limit is 50 years. Send the filled application form by 5:00 PM on 7 November 2026, either in person or by post. The interview is on 11 November 2026 and no separate call letter will be sent.

The official notification does not specify the application fee.

This notice comes from the Office of the District Programme Manager, National AYUSH Mission, on the 5th Floor of the Arogya Bhavan Building in Thiruvananthapuram (PIN 695001), near the Ayurveda College. The office's seal reads "District AYUSH Health Society". The Yoga Instructor will work in the AYUSH Health and Wellness Centres that the Mission runs in Thiruvananthapuram district.

Age Limit

You must not be older than 50 years on 1 October 2026.

Educational Qualification

You need one of the following qualifications, as printed in the notice:

• BNYS / BAMS / M.Sc (Yoga) / M.Phil (Yoga)
• Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga (Minimum 1 Year Duration) from a recognized University
• Approved Certificate Course in Yoga (1 Year duration) from a Recognized University or Government Department
• Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training by SRC
• YCB (Yoga Certification Board) Certificate
• Certificate/Diploma in Yogic Science and Sports Yoga conducted by Scole Keralam
• Certificate Course in Yoga (One year duration)

Candidates are selected through an interview on 11 November 2026 at 10:00 AM. The notice says a written test may also be held. This notice is the only call for the interview, so applicants must come on the day without waiting for a letter. Bring the original certificates that prove your educational qualification and your age.

The interview venue is the Office of the District Programme Manager, National AYUSH Mission, 5th Floor, Arogya Bhavan Building, Thiruvananthapuram.

1. Get the application form (Applicant's Profile) from www.nam.kerala.gov.in ↗. It is also attached to the official notification.
2. Write "Yoga Instructor" as the post applied for. Then fill in your name in capital letters, father's/husband's/guardian's name, sex, age and date of birth (DD/MM/YY), residential address, address for communication, mobile number, email ID and marital status.
3. List your qualifications (qualification, institution and university, year of passing) and any work experience (institution, job title, period, number of years).
4. Paste your photograph in the box on the form. Sign the declaration and add the place and date.
5. Attach self-attested copies of the certificates that prove your educational qualification and age.
6. Hand in the application, or send it by post, to the Office of the District Programme Manager, National AYUSH Mission, 5th Floor, Arogya Bhavan Building, near Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram-695001. It must arrive by 5:00 PM on 7 November 2026. Applications sent by email are not accepted.
7. Come to the interview on 11 November 2026 at 10:00 AM with your original certificates.
