RITES - Assistant Manager, Manager and More Recruitment 2026

RITES Limited needs retired Government and PSU employees for 10 contract positions at Nawa City in Rajasthan, across nine vacancy circulars. The upper age limit is 64 years, and the posts cover track, bridge, works, traction and signalling maintenance. The remuneration shall be fixed at 50% of the last basic pay drawn at the time of superannuation. Transport Allowance, as applicable, is paid in addition. Re-engaged employees are not entitled to increment, Dearness Allowance or House Rent Allowance.

Age limit: Maximum 64 years as on 30 November 2026.

Those imposed any major penalty during the last 10 years of service, or a minor penalty during the last 05 years of service, are not eligible to apply.

• Place of posting: Nawa City, District Didwana-Kuchaman, Rajasthan.
• The appointment is purely on contractual basis, initially for one year.
• It is extendable until completion of the assignment, subject to mutual consent and satisfactory performance.
• The actual deployment will be subject to fulfilment of requirements.
• Any discrepancy or inaccuracy found in the Annexure-B declaration may result in termination of the engagement without prior notice.

1. Register on the RITES website ↗ in the registration format under the Tab "Career" → Expert Registration → Registration for Consultant/Expert.
2. Fill in the proforma in Annexure-A, giving the Vacancy Circular No., the position, your qualifications, your last organisation, designation and grade pay, your last basic pay and grade (CDA/IDA pay scale), your experience and your vigilance status.
3. Complete the Annexure-B self declaration. It confirms that no vigilance or CBI case, disciplinary proceeding or prosecution proceeding is pending against you, and that you have no penalty of the kind barred by the notice.
4. Email the generated registration document to Shri Narendra Mohan Soy, DGM/Civil at [email protected] ↗ with the subject line "Application for the post of ............ VC No ..../26(E)".
5. Attach Annexure-A, Annexure-B and the documents below to the same email, and send it within 20 days from the date of publication.
