Rail India Technical and Economic Service (RITES), Gurgaon, Across India, has invited applications for 3 posts of Deputy General Manager (HR) under Advt No. RG/31-R1/25. The online application is open from 3 November 2026 to 2 December 2026.

The post is for India and abroad. Qualification required: MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / PGDM / PGDHRM or equivalent in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / MHROD. The pay is INR 70,000-2,00,000. The application fee is Rs. 600 plus Taxes as applicable for General/OBC Candidates. Selection is by document Scrutiny and interview. • Qualification: MBA/ PGDBA/ PGDBM/ PGDM/ PGDHRM or equivalent in HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare / MHROD; MBA with specialization in HR/Personnel Management
• Experience: Minimum 11 years of post-qualification work experience in Human Resources Development
• Age limit: Maximum 41 years (as on 2 December 2026)
• Age relaxation: SC/ST 5, OBC-NCL 3, J&K Domicile 5, PwBD 10

Other conditions:

• Only Indian Nationals of 18 years of age and above are eligible to apply.

• Appointment will be initially on probation for a period of one year.
