Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL), Bengaluru, Karnataka, has invited applications for the post of General Manager (HR and Admin) under Advt No. BMRCL/HR/0007/PRJ/2026. Applications are accepted online until 15 November 2026.

• Qualification: Post Graduate in any discipline with Human Resources (HR) as one of the optional subjects, or a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
• Experience: Should have worked in a senior capacity (Group B) in the GoK scale of 69250 - 134200 for at least 5 years with overall minimum experience of 20 years in the field of Personnel / Administration / HR in any Government of Karnataka Department / State or Central PSUs / Large Public Limited Company.
• Age limit: Maximum 50 years (as on date of the notification)

Other conditions:

• Knowledge of Kannada is essential.
• Candidates working in State Government / Autonomous Body / Public Sector Undertaking must produce NOC.

• Internal employees (Regular/Contract/Outsource) working in BMRCL are not eligible to apply.

Key Responsibility includes:

• Managing HR and Cadre – related matters, including services matters concerning various categories of employees.
• Engaging and procuring personal across different categories as per organizational requirement.
• Managing general administrative matters and overseeing procurement activities.

• Tenure of contract appointment will initially be for a period of 5 (Five) years and extendable based on performance and requirement.
• The contract may be terminated by either side by giving 3 months’ notice or by paying contractual remuneration in lieu of notice period.
