TMB Bank - Manager (Generalist) Recruitment 2026

Tamilnad Mercantile Bank wants experienced bankers for the post of Manager (Generalist), and online registration runs only until 10 November 2026. To apply, you need 5 years of banking experience, and 3 of those years must be as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or in an equivalent cadre. You must also be 35 years old or younger on 30 September 2026. There is no application fee, and you will be selected on the basis of a personal interview.

The official notification does not give a pay figure. It only says the remuneration is "as applicable to Manager".

Any Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognized university under regular curriculum.

Experience

The candidate chosen for appointment must not have any vigilance case or adverse observation from the RBI or a Statutory Authority pending against them.

1. Go to https://apps.tmbdigital.bank.in/tmb_careers/ ↗, click "Apply Online" and register for the post of Manager.
2. The bank sends an activation link to your registered email ID, and your Registration Number and Password to your registered mobile number. Note them down. Without them you cannot continue.
3. Click the activation link. It takes you to the Careers portal.
4. Log in with your Application number (Registration Number / Username) and password, using the login on the right side of the portal. Fill in every page and click "Save/ Continue" on each one. Spell your name, and your father's or husband's name, exactly as they appear in your certificates and mark sheets. Any change or alteration may disqualify you.
5. Upload your photograph: preferably 390 X 520 pixels, and no more than 120 KB.
6. Upload your signature: preferably 240 X 240 pixels, and no more than 60 KB. A signature in capital letters will not be accepted.
7. Upload the enclosures listed below. Each scanned image must be no more than 250 KB.
8. Click confirm/submit at the bottom of the page. The message "Registration is successful" will appear.
9. A system-generated copy of your application is sent to your registered email ID. Print it and keep it for reference.

• Self-attested photocopy of your SSLC or Higher Secondary Mark Sheet / Transfer Certificate, as proof of age
• Self-attested photocopy of your degree certificate(s)
• Experience certificate(s) and relieving letter(s) from previous employers
• Last month's salary slip

Applications with wrong or incomplete details, or without the required certificate copies, are liable to be rejected. If any information turns out to be wrong at any stage, you will be disqualified.
